Adoptable Kittens
Marsha
At just 6 weeks old, Marsha came to CKCF with two kitten colony mates suffering from an upper respiratory infection, parasites, and flea infestations. Thankfully, the medications worked quickly, and Marsha made a full recovery. Now at 3 months old, this girl is a strong, confident kitten who gets along well with dogs, cats, and kids. She loves to play fetch with sparkly pom-pon balls and is often found suckling on her foster mom’s hand when she’s ready to cuddle up for bed.
Her $150 adoption fee covers her spay, microchip, age appropriate vaccines, deworming, FeLV/FIV testing, and all necessary medical care needed for her to be healthy for adoption.
Pringles
Found alone in a Lockhart field, this mustachioed gentleman came to CKCF in rough shape. He had a mouth full of ulcers from calicivirus, hairloss, fleas, and was severely emaciated. With the care of his doting foster, he’s made an amazing recovery! In his foster home, he loves to play with the resident kitties and is acclimated to large dogs. Since he is not quite 2 months yet, he is available for a foster to adopt home until he’s big enough for his neuter surgery.
His $150 adoption fee covers his neuter, microchip, age appropriate vaccines, deworming, FeLV/FIV testing, and all necessary medical care needed for him to be healthy for adoption.
Interested in adopting?
Our adoption process is as follows:
Fill out the adoption questionnaire here and email CKCF (info@criticalkittencarefund.org) once completed:
A volunteer will review your application within 72 hours and respond via email to set up a meet + greet, should it seem like a good fit
Assuming all parties agree the kitten is a good fit for the household, the kitten will then either go home pre-sterilization as a foster-to-adopt or adopted after sterilization.
*The adoption process is not finalized until the kitten is sterilized. Any adopter who wants to foster-to-adopt a CKCF kitten is required to follow CKCF foster guidelines until the adoption is finalized post sterilization.
***CKCF reserves the right to refuse adoption if it is believed to not be in the best interest of the kitten.***
